Orders are sent via Australia Post (standard service).
Delivery is on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods, bushfires, train derailments etc.).
Delivered with Safe Drop - Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.
Your order will be despatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.
Bushfires in Victoria

Australia Post has advised us that bushfires across Victoria may result in delays to delivery orders across the state. Currently, the most serious impacts are from the fires in the Walwa/Longwood, Dargo and Otway regions.
Delivery operations for both Australia Post and StarTrack in your area may be paused until resuming is safe to do so. Customers in the following postcodes may be impacted:
3323, 3649, 3715, 3401, 3660, 3717, 3409, 3665, 3718, 3448, 3666, 3719, 3451, 3711, 3720, 3453, 3712, 3723, 3463, 3713, 3779, 3644, 3714, 3862.
